The glasses are delivered with the original case sent by the brand as well as all the documents that are provided: manufacturer's information booklet and/or product authenticity card.

Each pair of glasses is marked inside the arm with the model reference, the size... but also with the unique serial number for each pair of glasses which allows its traceability and proof of its authenticity!

We guarantee our products for 2 years after the date of purchase against manufacturing defects. A manufacturing defect can be an oxidation of a metal part, a detached metal logo, or a defect in the material.

All our frames are checked before being shipped to you.

For any after-sales service requests, please write to hello@malensquare.com . We will ask you to return the frame to us so that it can be sent to the brand manufacturer for after-sales service for analysis. The delay can be 3 to 4 weeks.
