Deliveries:

Any order placed before 12pm is shipped the same day. After 12pm, your order is shipped the next morning. Shipments are made every day from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) .

Please note: Most of our products are in stock. If the product is not in stock and we need to order it from the supplier before shipping it to you, the expected delivery time is approximately 10 working days (including delivery). This is always specified on the product page under the "add to cart" button. This is specified again in your cart before you proceed to payment.

Delivery methods:

- Delivery to the Mondial Relay location of your choice. Delivery within 2-3 business days. Shipping is free. Recommended for 100% secure delivery.

- Standard Colissimo without signature: the post office promises to deliver the package to you within 2/3 working days. The shipping costs are €5 (deposited in your mailbox). You will be given a parcel number to track the progress of your package.

- Colissimo standard with signature: the post office undertakes to deliver the package to you within 2/3 working days. The shipping costs are 7 euros and the package is delivered in person against signature . You will be given a parcel number to track your package.

Returns:

You have 30 days from receipt of your order to request a return: by email to hello@malensquare.com.

For the Christmas period, all purchases made during the months of November and December can be returned until January 30.

Following receipt of your email, we will send you a return label so that you do not have to pay the shipping costs (shipping costs for returns from international destinations are not covered by Malen Square).

Upon receipt and verification of the product, reimbursement is immediate (2 to 3 working days depending on the bank), excluding any shipping costs.

Please note: The product must be returned in its original box without having been used. There must be no signs of wear or use on the product. You will be informed very quickly if we find a defect that does not allow us to take the product back.

Only one exchange is accepted. In case of multiple exchanges, shipping costs will be at your expense.
